KMR Arc de Recul 5″

KMR Arc de Recul – 5″ Hard (13 lbs)

The KMR 13 lb „Hard” Arc de Recul is a heavy-duty performance component specifically engineered for 5″ long-slide KMR pistols. This spring provides maximum control and structural protection for shooters using high-power ammunition.

Maximum Stability for Long-Slide Platforms

Longer slides possess more reciprocating mass, which can lead to increased frame wear when using standard or light springs with hot loads. The „Hard” 13 lb spring counteracts this by providing firmer resistance during the recoil stroke.

Technical Specifications:

• 13 lb Tension Rating: Classified as „Hard,” providing maximum resistance and a strong forward return force.
• 5″ Optimized Fitment: Tailored for the specific travel length and spring channel dimensions of KMR 5″ models.
• Premium Spring Alloy: Manufactured from high-tensile steel to maintain its rating over thousands of compression cycles.
• Increased Feed Reliability: The extra tension ensures reliable round feeding from the magazine.

Key Benefits:

• Frame Longevity: Acts as a robust buffer, preventing the slide from bottoming out against the frame.
• Optimized for Major Power Factor: The ideal choice for IPSC Standard or Open division shooters using high-velocity loads.
• Authoritative Cycling: Provides a distinct, tactile feel to the slide’s movement.

Note: For the best results, ensure your ammunition has sufficient pressure to fully cycle a 13 lb spring.
