The ZEV Technologies CORE Elite is a premium duty/match AR-15 built around ZEV’s billet-style appointments on a forged receiver set, intended for serious shooters who want traditional mil-spec controls paired with functional upgrades. It features ZEV’s Wedge Lock M-LOK handguard with a continuous top rail, a custom 416R fluted 16″ match barrel with bronze PVD coating, an AR Gold flat-face trigger at ~2.5 lb, a SureFire WARCOMP flash hider, and Radian ambidextrous controls.

ZEV Wedge Lock M-LOK Handguard

ZEV’s proprietary handguard attaches with a wedge lock system that keeps the rail torqued tight without shifting. It provides a continuous 12-o’clock Picatinny top rail for optics or back-up sights and M-LOK slots around the perimeter for accessories.

AR Gold 2.5 lb Flat-Face Trigger

The AR Gold trigger is one of the most respected aftermarket AR fire-controls. The flat-face shoe gives a predictable finger position, and the factory-set 2.5 lb single-stage break with zero creep is ready for match use the first day you take the rifle out.

416R Stainless Fluted Match Barrel

A 16″ 416R stainless match-grade barrel is fluted for weight reduction and finished with bronze PVD for corrosion resistance and appearance. Paired with a low-profile fixed gas block and a mid-length gas system, it delivers match accuracy with reliable cycling.

Radian Ambidextrous Controls

A Radian Talon ambidextrous safety and a ZEV Slide Lock charging handle make the Core Elite comfortable for left- or right-handed shooters. The H3 carbine buffer softens the impulse for fast follow-up shots.
