SureFire Z90 — Factory Mount Parts for Your B-Series WeaponLight

The Z90 kit contains the complete factory mounting hardware for SureFire’s screw-tensioned T-slot rail system used on B-Series handgun WeaponLights. If the mount on your X300U-B or X400 has worn loose after thousands of draws from a holster, or a latch has been damaged, this kit restores a rock-solid, zero-movement fit without sending the light in for service — and at a fraction of the cost of a new light.

Everything You Need in One Kit

• 1× T-slot rail
• 1× Universal latch
• 1× Picatinny latch
• 1× Rail adjustment rod
• 1× Retaining ring (E-style, 9/64)
• 1× Split-lock high-collar washer
• 1× Flat shim

Both latch types are included, so the same kit covers pistols with a Picatinny (MIL-STD-1913) rail and those with a Universal-style rail. The components are machined aluminum and high-strength polymer with a Mil-Spec hard-anodized finish (MIL-A-8625 Type III, Class 2), matching the original parts on your light.

Compatibility

Fits SureFire X300 B-Series and X400 Series handgun WeaponLights with the screw-tensioned T-slot mount: X300T-B, X300U-B, X300V-B, X400U-A-GN, X400U-A-RD, X400UH-A-GN, X400UH-A-RD, X400V-B-IRC and X400VH-B-IRC, including TN variants. Choose black (Z90) or tan (Z90-TN) to match your light. Not for A-model lights — those use the Z89 lever-latch kit.
