Why some products aren’t available in your country

Some of the products in our shop can’t be shipped to every country. When that’s the case, the “Add to cart” button on the product page is replaced with a short notice. This isn’t a fault on the website — it means that, based on the delivery country we detected for you, we aren’t able to send that particular item to your address.

There are three main reasons a product may not be available outside Bulgaria:

1. Bulgarian export restrictions

Certain items are subject to Bulgarian export controls. For these products we are not permitted to ship outside of Bulgaria, regardless of the destination country.

2. Manufacturer territory and dealer agreements

Many manufacturers appoint different authorised dealers for different territories. Where a manufacturer has assigned another dealer for your region, we are not able to sell or ship their products to your country.

3. United States trade restrictions

Products of US origin remain subject to United States trade and export regulations even after they have been imported into another country. This means that, although it may seem unexpected, some US-made items still cannot be re-exported or shipped freely to every destination.
