SureFire Z89 — Complete Rail-Lock Mount Rebuild Kit

The Z89 kit contains every user-replaceable part of the lever-latch Rail-Lock mounting system used on SureFire’s A-model X300 handgun WeaponLights. Years of duty carry and constant holstering wear on the latch and rail interfaces; with this kit you can rebuild the mount yourself and bring back the factory-tight fit — no gunsmith, no service turnaround.

13 Components in the Kit

• 6× SHC screws 2-56 × 5/16 and 1× SHC screw 2-56 × 5/8
• 1× Universal slide latch and 1× Picatinny slide latch
• 1× Lever latch (X200/X300 Picatinny) and 1× lever latch (Universal)
• 1× Slide latch lock and 1× lock actuator
• 1× Rail interface right side, 1× rail interface left side
• 1× Crest-to-crest spring
• 0.5 ml Loctite 242 threadlocker and a 5/64 hex wrench for correct installation

Both Universal and Picatinny latch sets are supplied, covering either rail standard, and the included Loctite and wrench mean the job is done right the first time.

Compatibility

Fits SureFire A-model handgun WeaponLights with the lever-latch Rail-Lock mount: X300T-A, X300U-A, X300V, X300T-A-TN and X300U-A-TN. Choose black (Z89) or tan (Z89-TN). B-model lights with the screw-tensioned T-slot mount use the Z90 kit instead.
