The Magpul B.A.D. Lever (Battery Assist Device) extends the AR15/M4 bolt catch to the right side of the receiver, so the bolt can be released or locked back with the trigger finger from the ready position without entering the trigger guard. It attaches to the existing bolt catch paddle with a single screw and needs no permanent modification of the rifle.

• Bolt release and bolt lock with the trigger finger from the control / ready position
• Ridged paddle at the bottom of the lever gives better purchase for the finger sweep
• Ridged face on top of the lever provides traction for traditional bolt catch operation
• Flat section lets a left-handed shooter’s trigger finger depress the lever without entering the trigger guard
• Machined from billet 6061-T6 aluminium with MIL-A-8625F Type III Class 2 hard anodizing
• Torx mounting screw with Nyloc Blue patch prevents back-out under recoil; Torx wrench included
• Thin, anti-snag profile keeps traditional manual of arms and unobstructed trigger access

Compatible with Mil-Spec forged AR15/M16 upper and lower receivers. Not compatible with 7.62×51 (.308 Winchester) large-frame rifles or with most billet or polymer AR15 lower and upper receivers because of their larger or non-standard dimensions. Made in USA.
