Double Alpha Academy (DAA) Competition Gear

Double Alpha Academy operates from the Netherlands with one clear focus: competition shooting gear that works when the timer starts. Their products are designed and tested by active IPSC and USPSA shooters, so holsters, belts and pouches are refined around real match movement instead of static range use.

DoubleAlpha Holsters

The Double Alpha Academy Race Master holster uses a multi-axis ball joint mount that allows very fine adjustment of height, cant and offset. Retention is handled by a dedicated insert block that locks onto the pistol’s trigger guard, with tension screws to tune draw resistance. It is a true race holster aimed at Open, Standard and other speed-oriented divisions.

The Double Alpha Academy Flex holster takes the same race-holster concept and combines an aluminum hanger with a reinforced polymer body, giving a slightly lower-cost option while keeping wide adjustment range. The Alpha-X holster builds on the Race Master design with an upgraded ball joint and interchangeable insert blocks, so one holster body can be configured for many popular competition pistols instead of using gun-specific shells.

DAA Belt Systems

The Double Alpha Academy Premium Belt is a classic two-piece competition belt: a thin inner belt through your trouser loops and a stiff outer belt that carries holsters and pouches. Heavy-duty Velcro and a very rigid construction keep the gear stable during draws, reloads and movement on stage.

The Double Alpha Academy Lynx belt uses individual interlocking links to create a very rigid yet flexible outer belt. You assemble it from separate colored links, then close it with a dedicated buckle, which makes it easier to roll up for transport and to fine-tune overall length. The Double Alpha Academy Ratchet belt applies the same philosophy to a one-piece outer belt, adding a ratchet buckle so you can make small size adjustments quickly between stages without re-threading the belt. All of these belts are in the roughly 39–40 mm width range to work with IPSC/USPSA-style pouches and holsters.

Reloading Equipment

Double Alpha Academy also offers reloading accessories aimed at high-volume competition shooters. The PrimaFill is a semi-automatic primer tube filling tool, designed to quickly load both small and large primer tubes with minimal handling. It works with standard 8 mm primer tubes and is meant to sit alongside your progressive press, reducing the time spent on one of the most tedious parts of cartridge reloading.
