The Vapor 2500™ is the smaller of Eberlestock’s ultra-lightweight series of EMOD™ packs, with a capacity of 2,800 cubic inches (46 L). It is an attachment bag designed specifically around the Mainframe™ — it does not include a shoulder harness, hip belt or frame (Mainframe not included). The Vapor series is Eberlestock’s most versatile and lightweight pack system, and the 2500 offers the same features as the larger Vapor 5000 in a more compact, front-loading-only arrangement.

Extended-depth stretch pockets on the exterior retain drink bottles, spotting scopes, tripods and similar gear, while the centre front panel uses the same 140D two-way stretch material to form a zippered pocket for items that need quick access. Removable Duraflex HD 25 mm buckles let you expand the pack away from the frame, creating a channel that carries meat bags or heavy loads close to the body and centre of gravity.

Both Vapor packs (2500 and 5000) are compatible with the EMOD Lid, which attaches to the Vapor and Mainframe system at four points using quick-detach Gatekeeper buckles — adding capacity for smaller items and compressing gear between the lid and the top of the pack.
