Zev Tech OZ9C Elite Semi-Automatic Pistol with Trijicon RMR

The Zev OZ9C Elite is the compact-frame version of Zev Technologies’ flagship modular handgun, factory-fitted with a Trijicon RMR Type 2 red-dot. The pistol is built around a 7075-T6 billet aluminum upper receiver with an internal steel slide insert, paired with a forged steel inner chassis that drops into a polymer grip module. The result is a Glock 19-sized duty pistol with the rigidity, lock-up and trigger feel of a top-tier custom build, optics-ready out of the box.

Modular Aluminum Receiver

The OZ9 platform replaces the traditional polymer-only frame with a 7075-T6 billet aluminum upper receiver hard-anodized to mil-spec. The aluminum receiver provides a more consistent slide ride than polymer and gives the pistol significantly more weight up front for better muzzle tracking under recoil. The grip module is replaceable, so the same fire-control chassis can be swapped into different grip frames.

Match-Grade Threaded Barrel

The OZ9C ships with a Zev match-grade 9mm barrel finished in DLC. Standard chambering is 9×19 with a fluted profile that reduces weight and aids cooling. The barrel is fully supported and held in a tight fit with the slide.

Trijicon RMR Type 2 — Factory Mounted

The Elite package includes a Trijicon RMR Type 2 (typically the 3.25 MOA RM06 variant) mounted directly to the milled slide cut. The RMR is the industry standard pistol red dot — sealed against water and impacts, with a long battery life and a wide-FOV adjustable LED reticle. Iron sights co-witness through the optic window.

Flat-Faced Pro Trigger

The OZ9C Elite ships with a Zev Pro Trigger — flat face, ~3.5 lb pull, short positive reset. Combined with the rigid aluminum upper and tight slide-to-frame fit, the trigger is the platform’s signature feature for accuracy at speed.
